I want them to develop and refine the skills necessary to be an effective administrator with the disposition to want to help others work and learn to their potential.

Be organized. Work diligently. Reflect deeply. Be open.
What is the one book you think everyone should read?
Jack Gantos' Joey Pigza books. Why? Because it gives you a good insight into the mind of a student who struggles with behavior because of their ADHD. It helps make you a better teacher. Also, anything by Todd Whitaker!
