In this accelerated, 100 percent online MBA program, you will study negotiation and interpersonal skills for managers, how leadership and influence shape managerial effectiveness, and operations management and process analysis. Shape your degree with seminar options covering human resource management and competing in emerging markets.

You can complete your degree in as few as 12 months, with no foundation courses required regardless of your undergraduate background.

Our MBA core course work is comprised of foundational skills and advanced applications including decision-making, accounting, information systems and technology, managerial economics, corporate finance, quantitative analysis, marketing, government policy, and more. Plus, the curriculum includes an embedded capstone course focusing on strategic management, and multiple simulations and practical implementation exercises.

Within our in-depth electives, you will develop managerial skills, including conflict and crisis management. You will focus on diagnostic, conceptual, analytic and interpersonal competencies you need to be an effective leader—such as organizational power, politics, and influence; corporate culture and leadership style; and ethical decision-making. You can also take a process view of operations management concepts including process design, capacity, flow time, and supply chain and logistics in the manufacturing and service sectors.

In continuously developing and refining the MBA curriculum, we work closely with some of the region's top business professionals to bring theoretical knowledge and real-world experience into the classroom. Many of those same leaders serve on our advisory board, as do alumni who ensure the course work is relevant, up-to-date and tailored to real business needs.
