Technical Support

Information Technology Services provides a contemporary, robust and secure technology environment in the support of teaching, learning, research, service and decision-making.

Our ITS team is eager to assist you with any tech-related issues, including accounts and IDs, email and network access, online educational resources, and more. We are available weekdays and Saturdays. Plus, our KnowledgeBase (KB) system is a valuable resource for frequently asked questions.

Library

Library and Information Services (LIS) is SIUE’s principal gateway to information resources and academic services that promote information literacy, lifelong learning and the transmission of knowledge.

As an online student, you have access to the vast resources within the Lovejoy Library. The library houses approximately 800,000 volumes, in addition to microform pieces, government documents, electronic books, periodicals, maps and aerial photographs, bibliographic databases, sound recordings, digital collections and exhibits, and more.

Graduation Information

Congratulations! As you prepare to earn your degree as an SIUE online student, we hope you choose to participate in Commencement and look forward to sharing in your celebration.

To participate in Commencement, you must complete several tasks and meet certain deadlines.

• Apply for graduation by the first day of the semester in which you expect to complete degree requirements. There is a $60 application fee. This fee does not cover the cost of regalia.
• RSVP for Commencement and order regalia by the published deadline. Students who do not meet the deadline will not be guaranteed participation in the ceremony. Individual exceptions may be made.
• Watch your SIUE email for more information. Graduates will be sent instructions and other important information to their SIUE email accounts.
