Dr. Flight is active in developing and delivering entrepreneurship training programs for emerging and developing markets. In 2011, he traveled to Erbil, Iraq, to deliver a week-long business development seminar to Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) leaders on behalf of the U.S. State Department. Similarly, in 2016, he delivered a week-long workshop to entrepreneurs in Baku, Azerbaijan. In academia, Dr. Flight serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Product & Brand Management, the Journal of Business Research, the Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, and Journal of Small Business Management.
